Updated October 15, 2026Human Enough AI helps people refine writing while keeping the workspace private by default. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
We collect the name, email address, sign-in method, password hash when you use password sign-in, referral code, word balance, subscription status, and account settings needed to run your workspace.
When you upload a document, paste text, or generate from a prompt, we process the input, job status, word count, intermediate cycle outputs, final result, and files needed to show history and downloads. When you run AI detection, the text you scan is sent to a third-party AI detection provider to return the detection score and highlighted passages. Submitted detector text is stored encrypted for up to 30 days for support and troubleshooting, then automatically removed. Authorized administrators can access stored submitted writing for these purposes; access is recorded in an audit log. Contact support to request earlier deletion.
We store Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, purchase, and credit transaction records. Stripe processes payment details. Referral links use 30-day attribution and browser cookies. We store pseudonymous visitor identifiers and referral visits, signups, paid conversions, and word rewards to operate the program and limit duplicate rewards.
If you contact support in the app, we save your message thread and related account details so the team can reply and keep context.
Human Enough uses service providers for authentication, payment processing, hosting, storage, email or support workflows, AI processing, and AI detection. Those providers may process information only as needed to deliver their service to Human Enough. Google sign-in and Stripe checkout may also use their own cookies or privacy controls.
This policy is written to match the current Human Enough product, but it is not legal advice. Have counsel review it before relying on it for compliance in every region where you operate.
